Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, such as seasonal sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping method and fulfilment

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment facilities to the customer’s delivery address. Ella & Sage is pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout and does not require any promotional code.

Order confirmation and dispatch notification

Incorrect or incomplete address information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Ella & Sage cannot be held liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or missing parcels
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, customers are encouraged to check with neighbours or local delivery offices before contacting us. In such cases, Ella & Sage will assist by opening an inquiry with the carrier where appropriate.
