Role: Graphic Designer (E-commerce/Fashion)

About us
Ella & Sage is an online fashion label focused on modern, timeless womenswear. We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to elevate our brand across web, ads and email.

What you’ll do

• Design site assets (banners, product features, promos)

• Produce creative for paid social, display and lifecycle email

• Iterate visuals to improve conversion and UX

• Partner with marketing on concepts and narratives

• Maintain brand consistency everywhere

What you bring

• Design qualification (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years’ experience (e-comm/fashion preferred)

• Adobe CC mastery (Ps/Ai/Id)

• Strong aesthetic judgement and pixel care

• Solid digital design chops (SoMe, web, email)

Role: E-commerce Customer & Styling Assistant

About the role
Be the first point of contact for customers (email/chat), help with sizing and styling, and support online store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast customer support

• Assist with size/fit questions and styling suggestions

• Help maintain product content quality

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on enquiries

• Keep processes tidy and documented

You have

• 1+ year in retail or e-commerce support

• Fashion awareness and trend sense

• Strong comms, weekend/peak flexibility

• Detail-driven, team-oriented mindset

We offer

• Part-time and full-time (16–40 hrs/week)

• USD $15–$18 per hour (indicative, DOE) + staff discount
